Your initial
consultation will last for approximately 1.5 hours, with subsequent consultations
lasting an hour (if more are required).
At the first session you will be asked to complete a questionnaire detailing
your specific problem, and from this an action plan will be formulated in
order that the hypnosis can be tailored to your specific needs.
This plan will be discussed with you prior to your treatment.
